Creamy Chicken Enchilladas

1 can cream of chicken soup2 chicken breasts 2 cups cheddar cheese1 cup sour cream, reduced fatBurrito size tortillas
Boil chicken breasts for about 20 mins. Shread into bite size strips.
Mix soup and sour cream. Place a large spoonful of soup mix on tortilla, add handful of chicken, small handful of cheese. Wrap tortilla and place in glass pan. Repeat until pan is full. Top enchilladas with remaining soup mix and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins on 325.
