Crock pot pizza

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 tbsp. minced onion1 tsp. italian seasoning2 cans pizza sauce2- 4oz. cans mushrooms1 green pepperHormel turkey pepperoni1 bag shredded mozzarela cheese1-12 oz. box whole wheat pasta-I like rotini noodles
Directions
Cook whole box of noodles as directed on package. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with the minced onion and italian seasoning, and add 2 cans of pizza sauce. Once the ground beef and noodles are ready, spray the crock pot with cooking spray, then put a layer of noodles in bottom of crock pot. Just enough to cover the bottom, then put some sauce over the top of noodles. Add pizza topppings just as you would on pizza, then top with cheese. Then repeat the layers again until all ingredients are use. Cover, and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Enjoy!

    I am making this tonight, but I recalculated the nutrition. If you use 93% Fat free ground turkey and fat free mozzarella cheese, it changes the calories to 115g and the fat to 4.7g. I will add one more jar of sauce because the noodles soaks up the two jars. - 9/24/11
