Southwestern Chicken-Bean Salad

2 medium green onions, chopped1/2 medium green pepper, chopped1/2 medium red pepper, chopped15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained1 c frozen corn, cooked and cooledJuice of 1 fresh lime1 Tbsp canola or corn oil8 oz chicken breast, cooked, skinless, chopped2 Tbsp taco seasoning (about 1/2 of a 1.25 oz packet)4 Tbsp chopped cilantro4 Tbsp fat-free or lite sour cream
Combine green onions, peppers, beans and corn in a large bowl; toss well.
Add lime juice and oil to bean mixtgure; toss. Add chicken, taco seasoning and cilantro; toss. Chill.
Place 1 1/2 cups of this salad mixture on top of a bed of salad greens, top with sour cream.
