Stroganoff Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 pkg dry onion soup mix1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 can water8 oz sour cream
Directions
Mix hamburger and dry soup mix - form into 4 patties. Brown patties in medium skillet on medium-high heat, 3 minutes on each side. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over patties and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with broccoli (use sauce on broccoli).
