Bean Sprout Stirfry

Ingredients
2 C Bean Sprouts1 small can Water Chestnuts1 C sliced red pepper - sweet1/2 C raw carrot strips1 thinly sliced onion1 C sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 inch fresh ginger, finely chopped1 tsp oilMIXTURE OF:1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp. soy sauce1 tsp. honey
Directions
Heat oil in skillet on medium. Add ginger and cook until fragrant. Add onion, water chestnuts and carrots. Fry for 3 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms - fry for 2 minutes. Add mixture of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Stirfry until everything is heated through.
