Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth1/2 tsp salt2 tbs. water2 tbs. cornstarch2 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
Heat chicken broth until boiling. Add salt. Combine water and cornstarch and stir until mixed. Pour in water and cornstarch mixture and stir until mixture thickens. Reduce heat and slowly pour in beaten egg and stir. Remove from heat immediately after and pour into soup bowl. Can also use egg beaters or egg whites instead of beaten eggs. Can also use a drop of yellow food coloring to make it look like you purchased it from a Chinese restaurant.
