Oven Pancake

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 egg yolk1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup white flour1/2 cup mile, lowfat1 T unsalted butter
Directions
Serves 4

Preheat oven to 400.
Put butter in 9 inch pie pan to melt and coat bottom, will add to pancake batter.

Beat egg whites and yolk until fluffy.
Alternately add milk and flours and then add melted butter.

Place in preheated oven, bake for 15 min.

Serve with choice of applesauce or fresh fruit.
