Diet Soda Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sammy

Ingredients
1 large can of crushed tomato, or 2 small cans1 can of tomato sauce1 cup chopped mushroom1 cup chopped onion1 can of diet coke or pepsi3 dashes of worshteshire sauce2 packets of truvia or like sweetener2 tablespoons vinegar12 oz of chicken breast4 Sandwich Thins (approx 100 cals of bready-stuff).25 cup of sharp cheddar
Directions
Add everything except the bread and cheddar to the slow cooker and turn on for 8 hours of slow cook.
When complete, stir.
Spoon onto sandwich thin and garnish with cheddar.
Delicious when servied with a vinaigrette coleslaw
