Spanish Chicken and Rice (and sausage)

Ingredients
Chicken breastItalian sausageYellow RiceFrozen Peas Frank's Red Hot
Directions
Brown sausage and chicken together, add the water called for in the yellow rice directions and the rice. Bring to a boil and let boil for 2-3 minutes before brining to a simmer for about 25 minutes until rice is cooked. Add frozen peas towards end of cook time. Add Frank's Red hot to taste, either while cooking or allow each person dining to add to taste.
