Raw Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
6 Dates1 Tbs. Almond milk (optional)1/4 c. cashews (soaked or unsoaked)1 1/4 c. walnut pieces1/4 -1/3 c. raisins1/4 c. carob chips (depending on you taste... more or less chocolate)
Directions
This is raw, vegan, lactose, and gluten free. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Press into a small square bowl (about 3x3 or 4x4) lined with wax paper and refrigerate 1hr or more to harden. Delicious!
