Potato Gnocchi for two

Ingredients
Directions
1 large potato1 egg1/3 cup of all purpose flourdash of salt
Cook potato in microwave for 8 mins
Peel and mash potato
Let cool so it won't cook the egg
Mix in flour then egg
Make dough
Divide into two balls
Roll ball out with hands on flour surface making a 3/4" to 1/2" dia. tube
Cut tube in half long ways
Slice tube to make 1/2 " long pasta pieces
(opt. : you can roll each piece on a fork to make ridges helps hold sauces on pasta pieces)
place pasta in salted boiling water.
Cooks in minutes. When they float to the top wait 10 seconds then remove from water.
Add sauce or some other toppings and enjoy.
