Rice and Ham Soup

Ingredients
.5c. Boil in Bag Brown Rice (can use Wild Rice)1.5 c. 1% Milk.4c. Diced Lean Ham1.5c. Water.25c Potatoe Flakes2pkg Herbox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon1tbsp Corn Starch
Directions
Add milk, 1.25c water, chicken bouillon, and rice to a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir. Let boil for 5 mins and reduce heat to a simmer. Add ham and potatoe flakes. Let cook for 5 more minutes. Then mix one tbsp corn starch with .25c water and add to soup, stir. Let cook on low heat for 5-10 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Is best with a little shredded cheese but keep in mind this will add extra calories.
