Sesame Shrimp (serves 8 )

Ingredients

2 lbs frozen shrimp (21-30 count) thawed and peeled1/4 c honey2 Tbsp ginger3 tsp chili garlic sauce1/4 c lite soy sauce1/4 c sesame seeds
Directions
Mix together Honey, Ginger, Chili Garlic Paste, and Soy sauce.
Toss shrimp in the mixture and let it sit while you toast sesame seeds.
Spray skillet or wok with cooking spray and cook over med. to med. high heat until shrimp is cooked through.
Top with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
(you can also add some steamed broccoli to the sauce and saute that as well.... almost just like they serve it in the restaurant.)
