Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats4 Egg Whites2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add egg whites and stir until well blended.
Add in peanut butter and mix again until completely distributed throughout dough.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a well greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked clear through.

Makes 12 cookies.

    The idea is there....But they definitely need something extra. They are so dry I can barely eat them. Maybe add some apple sauce next time - 2/2/13
