turkey skillet lasagna with modifications

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 small chopped onion3 cloves garlic1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes1 1/4 c. water8 oz. can tomatoe sauce1 6 oz. can tomato paste1 T dried parlsey flakes1 t. dried basil1 t. dried oregano6 oz. dry whole wheat egg noodles1 c. 1/% cottage cheese1/4 c. parmesan cheese1/4 c. egg substitute
Directions
Brown turkey with onions and garlic. Drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, herbs and stir in uncooked egg noodles. Bring to a boil stirring occaisionally.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 min. or till pasta is al dente.
Combine cheeses and egg sub. Drop by table spoonfuls, cover and cook 5 min. more.
