Green Chili Stew

Ingredients
3 cups potatoes peeled and diced2 cans diced tomatoes1 1/2 cups diced green chiles1/2 onion diced5 cloves garlic diced3 choplets diced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Add enough water to cover ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook until potatoes tender. Add more water as needed.
