Sowerby Slow Simmer Stew

Ingredients
1 Packet of Creamy Chicken Soup Mix4 Med. Potoates Sliced1 Cup of Spinach (frozen)1 Large Carrot Sliced thinly6 Chicken Thighs, No Skin w/ bone1 Knorr Chicken Cube (for flavour)
Directions
Add packet of creamy chicken soup mix to 4 cups of water
Add Knorr chicken cube and stir throughly
Add Sliced Potato, Spinach, Carrot, and Chicken Thighs.
Allow to cook for approx. 6 to 7 hrs on low, checking very so often to see if the pink has gone out of the chicken. If meat is falling off the chicken bone then it should be done.
