Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
* Brown Rice Medley (Trader Joe's), 1 cup (remove) * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove) * Mushrooms, canned, 170 grams (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove) * Milk, 1%, 4 cup (remove) * Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup, 5 cup (remove) * *Velveeta Cheese Product, 12 oz (remove)
Directions
Make rice per directions and set aside. In pot, bring water to boil. Turn heat down to med-hi. Add 1 tbs butter, water, milk, soup, and cheese. Stir frequently. When all melted and slightly thickened, add mushrooms, chicken and rice back in. Let simmer 5-10 minutes. Enjoy.
