This came out excellent. Everyone in the house enjoyed it. I didn't tell anyone it was a "diet" food of mine - I just let them try it. Well everyone loved it. One thing I would add is to be sure to put powdered sugar on top because mine was sticky. - 5/3/14

Never baked with the diet soda before, the longer I tried to stir the batter to get rid of the lumps the thicker it became. I eventually gave up on mixing and just poured into tins. I got 24 cupcakes out of batch. I was worried about end result but it was surprisingly delicious and very fluffy. - 7/20/12

Perfect taste, easy to make and so tasty! I did use FF Cool Whip as a topping, but it is just as good without it. - 11/3/10

I've never made a cake mix with soda before, so I was surprised by how fluffy the batter was. It made for a very light cake and had a pleasant taste. I'd make it again. :) - 5/26/10

These were soooo yummy!! I added 1 tbsp of cream cheese frosting to the cool whip and lemon extract and I had to hide the leftovers!! - 3/22/10

I made these and used my "perfect brownie pan" instead of cupcake pan.. note.. flower the insert..they stuck a little but not bad.
They were delish!! Froze them so I wouldn't eat em all at one time.
