Ingredients
* PAM - Olive Oil Cooking Spray (0.4 sec spray), 1 serving * Weight Watchers 100% Wheat PIta Bread (1 pita)* Basil, .33 tbsp* Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp Cheese-Kraft Mozzarella-Low Mois. Part-Skim, 0.25 cup* Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped*Contadina pizza sauce, .1875 cup*Turkey Pepperoni (6 slices/1 serving=17) .33 serving
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 with cookie sheet or stone inside
2. lightly spray pita with olive oil spray
3. sprinkle pita with basil or oregano or both
4. (optional) place pita on sheet and pre-cook for about 10 min.
5. layer pita in order: sauce, veggies, cheese and pepperoni if you like pepperoni crispy
6. cook until cheese is bubbly and browning on edges
