Chevre chicken with sundried tomatoes and lemon

Ingredients
2 chicken breastskosher salt & pepper1/4 c white wine1 t dry Italian herb seasoning1 clove garlic mincedzest of 1/2 lemonjuice of 1/2 lemon3 whole or 10 julienned strips sun dried tomatoes1 oz. chevre (goat) cheese

To the sauce I add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and lemon zest. Add sun dried tomatoes to the sauce, about 5 to 6 julienne strips per chicken breast. Top each breast with a medallion of chevre, the sun dried tomato strips and the lemony wine sauce & dinner is served.
