Friday Night Whole Wheat Pizza

Ingredients
1 cups all-purpose flour2 cups whole wheat flour1 T. sugar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. basil1 packet Rapid Rise yeast1 1/2 cups hot tap water 1 T. olive oil~~~~~1/2 cup bottled pizza sauce2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 cup pizza sauce1 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup sliced black olives1 cup slice mushrooms
Directions
Measure flour, yeast, salt, sugar and seasonings into large mixing bowl; stir to mix. Add hot water and olive oil and mix with a wooden spoon. Turn out onto a well-floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, adding flour as needed to keep from sticking. Place dough in clean bowl, cover with a clean dish towel and let rise for about 30 minutes, until doubled.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place dough onto pan and spread out with floured hands to desired shape ( rectangle or circle ). Cover with about 1/2 cup bottled pizza sauce, then with shredded mozzarella cheese. Add vegetables and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place into preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut into 12 squares.
