Super-healthy Brownies!

Ingredients
60g good quality unsweetened cocoa powder100g pureed stewed apple or 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce3 egg whites200g sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp instant coffee granules60g whole wheat flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C, and line an 8 inch square cake tin with greaseproof paper.

Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder together.

Combine the applesauce, vanilla extract, coffee, salt and egg whites with a whisk, and fold into the dry mixture. Stir only until moistened.

Pour into pan and bake for 20-23 mins.

Allow to cool completely, then cut into 12 pieces.

    I made these & converted to cups. They are pretty good, but not very moist.
    Here are the conversions- 60 grams cocoa powder = 1/2 cup, 200 grams of sugar= 3/4 cup sugar,
    60 grams whole wheat flour=2/3 cup, 180 degrees C =350 degrees farenheit.
    I didnt have coffee, but they were very chocolatey. - 4/1/16
