Marinated Prawns

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil3 cloves garlic, crushed1 TB vinegar1 TB rice vinegar1 tsp dill weed1 tsp parsley2 lbs prawns, cooked, shelled with tails on (I use Contessa frozenprawns, large size)salt & pepper
Directions

Remove all excess moisture from prawns. Combine all other
ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add prawns. Marinate for 24
hours. Serve.
