Layered Seafood Dip

Ingredients
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese2 cups light sour cream1½ cup Heinz Chili Sauce1 cup shredded light cheddar1 chopped plum tomato½ cup chopped green pepper¼ cup chopped black olives1 cup shrimp/crab/imitation crab
Directions
1) Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on the bottom of a serving dish.

2) Top with chili sauce, then the following ingredients:
- cheddar cheese
- your seafood choice
- tomato
- green pepper
- green onion
- olives

3) Cover platter loosely with wrap and refrigerate for an hour. This will let flavours come together.

Serve with baked tortilla chips, crackers, cucumber rounds or pepper strips.
