Ingredients
1 C Old fashioned Oatmeal1 C fat free milk2 T lemon juice1/2 cup natural apple sauce, no sugar added2 large eggs2 t Vanilla extract3 T Splenda brown sugar blend1/12 C White Rice flour1 T cinnamon1 t Baking powde1 t Baking soda1 T White Splenda
Directions
Combine oatmeal, milk and lemon juice; let stand for 2 minutes. Beat in applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients, stirring until combined. Cook in waffle iron. Makes 5 servings of 2 waffles (10 waffles per recipe) Number of servings 5
