Baked Chicken "Fried" Rice

Ingredients
3 Cups Minute Rice1 Cup Celery, Chopped1 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped1 Cup Onions. Chopped1/2 Cup Green Peppers, Chopped1 Cup Broccoli, Chopped1 Cup Corn, Frozen1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, Condensed1/4 Cup Lite Soya Sauce1 1/2 Cups Chicken, Cooked and Cubed
Directions
Cube and cook the chicken. Add rice, celery, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, broccoli, corn and soup in a bowl. Add soya sauce and chicken. Mix until combined. Add ingredients to a 2-1/2 QT baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
Makes 8 1-Cup servings.
