Ground Turkey & Cabbage Hotdish

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey2 celery stalks1 can tomato soup1 head medium cabbage1/2 cup brown rice1 cup water
Directions
Brown ground turkey & celery. While browning the turkey cut the cabbage. Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with 1/3 of the cabbage. Create layers (rotating) with cabbage and turkey mixture. Mix tomato soup, water, & rice together and pour on top of mixture. Bake @ 350 for 1 hr.

    Very good! The only thing I wasn't sure about was whether to cook the cabbage first, but the recipe didn't call for it, so I didn't. It still turned out good except the edges of the cabbage that weren't submerged got a little dry. I also cut up onions and used garlic powder. - 7/28/14
