Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
mash 3-4very ripe bananasadd 1/2 cup milled flax seed2Tbs melted butter (or use i cant believe its not)1egg (i use 1egg white, sometimes allow part of yolk)1cup Hodgkins Mill Soy Flour1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour1tsp salt1tsp baking soda1/2 cup sugar1tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmegsometimes i sprinkle almond extract and chopped almonds on top before baking.
Directions
bake banana bread on lowest rack setting in oven.
preheat oven to 350degrees F
mix all ingredients in large bowl with a fork.
bake 45 - 55mins until toothpick comes out clean.
