Ingredients
eggshoneywhite bread (deli)1/2 % milk
Directions
The night before leave out bread to get stale (always do this for french toast, will make your life alot easier!) Following morning, mix 4 eggs, with 1 cup of 1/2 % milk, and 1/3 cup honey (heat this in microwave before adding) Then prepare rack on cookie sheet. Place bread in mixture, 1 minute each side, then place on cooling rack on cookie sheet. Do all 14 pieces. Meanwhile heat griddle, or pan. Cook each side till lightly brown. Place in warmed oven

    it was nice and sweet, and i didn't need syrup! i didn't use milk (which i usually use), the honey stretched the egg out enough. i also only made 2 servings. i would defiantly make this again! - 2/15/10
