Protein Punch Parfait

Ingredients
1 6oz. container plain fat-free Greek yogurt (like Fage 0%) - using a flavored variety will add caloriesOne packet (2 tsp) Splenda or other sweetener1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crisp cereal (may replace with regular Kashi cereal or granola)
Directions
1. Open the yogurt container. Stir in one packet or 2 tsp Splenda.
2. Rinse berries to remove ice (or keep the ice in for a summery treat!)
3. Combine yogurt, berries and granola in a bowl. Enjoy!
