Quick Reduced Sugar Banana Bread

Ingredients
Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1 stickSplenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/2 c.Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 c.*Flour, white, 1.5 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1/2 tspBanana, fresh, 2 cup, mashedVanilla Extract, 2 tspWater, 2 tbls
Directions
Melt margarine and mix with splenda. Mix in egg substitute. Separately, sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Combine the bananas, water and vanilla. into the "wet" mixture. Combine the "wet" and "dry" ingredients. Bake in greased (with pam) at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
