2 cups milk (recipe calculated using 3.25% milk)1/2 cup cottage cheese (1%)5 large eggs1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 TBS cinnamon1 TBS McCormick's Chai spice blend1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (also good with dark chocolate chips-- calorie calc is for semi-sweet)1/2 Reese's peanut butter chips (also good with Hershey cinnamon chips-- calorie calc is for Reese's chips)1 tsp salt1/2 tsp almond flavor1/2 tsp maple flavor1.5 TBS vanilla flavor5 cups oats (not the quick cooking ones)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake for 35 minutes
Makes 18 servings (pan cut into 3 x 6 matrix. Each square is approx 3" x 2")
