Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained1 can White Shoepeg Corn, drained1 can Hearts of Palm, diced16 oz grape tomatoes, quartered1 Red Onion, diced3 tbsp Cilantro, chopped (or to taste)2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilLime Juice, 2 lime yields (or to taste)*can also add some diced jalapeno for extra spice
Directions
Mix everything together and chill at least overnight to blend flavors.

Yields ~8 Cups or 32 1/4C servings
