PUT IN LARGE POT COVER COMPLETELY WITH WATER. BRING TO A BOIL, COOK TILL POTATOES ARE WELL DONE. REMOVE POTATOES AND PUT THRU A FOOD MILL BACK INTO THE WATER WITH THE ONION. SLICE CHORIZO INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. ADD TO POT ADD OLIVE OIL ADD SALT TO TASTE ADD CHOPPED KALE COOK TILL KALE IS WILTED. SERVES 10 (1 CUP SERVINGS)
