Ingredients
1 Cup Oatmeal (uncooked)3 Tbsp Smart balance Peanut butter1 Cup Milk (2% or less)2 Tbsp Benefiber (disolved into milk)1 Cup Ice1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 - 2 Tbsp of choclate Syrup (for flavor)
Directions
Mix all ingredient into blender or smoothie maker.
BLEND and then enjoy.

Makes about 2.5 to 3 cups

High in fiber
High in "good" fats (unsaturated and omegas)
Low Sodium and high potassium
