Biggest Loser Thyme Fried Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 1/4 cup buttermilk2 tsp dry mustard1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt substitute1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for 6 hrs to overnight.

Preheat oven to 450F. Lightly mist medium sheet pan with extra virgin olive oil spray.

In small bowl, mix the mustard, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Remove chicken breast from buttermilk and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place on prepared sheet pan. Cook for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
