Creamy Chicken & Vegetables

1/2 tsp. olive oil2 tsp. minced garlic1/2 c. chopped onion2 carrots, peeled and chopped small3 c. low sodium, fat free chicken broth1 1/2 c. frozen green beans1 can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken breastDash of fresh ground pepper, thyme, oregano and basil.
In saucepan on medium heat, saute the olive oil with the garlic and onion. Cook about 4 minutes. If it begins to stick, splash a little chicken broth in the pan.
Add carrots, green beans and broth and bring to boil. Cover and simmer 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add soup, mixing well. Stir in chicken and spices and heat through.
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings.
Serve over biscuits, toast or make a chicken pot pie.
