1.75 lbs lean ground beef; brown, crumbled and drained1 pkg (1 oz - 2 Tbsp) taco seasoning1 pkg (1 oz - 2 Tbsp) ranch dressing mix1 can dark red kidney beans1 can black beans1 can pinto beans1 can whole kernel corn1 can rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)2 cans diced or crushed tomatoes
Add all ingredients to crock pot or large soup kettle. Heat and serve. Note: I rinse the beans and corn before adding. For an extra treat for those picky eaters, add shredded cheese, sour cream and serve with multi-grain tortilla chips (or corn chips).
