Easy Tilapia Citrus and Spinach

Ingredients
Tilapia filet, (5.5 oz)Olive Oil, (2 Tblsp)Spinach, cooked, (0.50 cup)Mushrooms, cooked, (.5 cup)Red Ripe Tomatoes, (0.25 cup, chopped or sliced)Lime or Lemon Juice,(2 Tblsp)Garlic, (1 tsp)
Directions
1. drizzle tilapia with 1 tsp of oil, squeeze lemon or lime over, sprinkle filet with garlic powder and some lemon pepper seasoning. Add 2 thinly sliced lemon or lime on top of filet. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30minutes.
2. Broil fish 6 inches from heat for about 8 minutes until fish easily flakes with fork.
3. While fish is in broiler, heat remaining oil with minced garlic in pan. Once you can smell the garlic, sautee mushrooms and spinach and tomatoes. You can squeeze a little of the lemon or lime over and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
4. Serve fish over bed of spinach/mushroom saute.
Nice accompaniments are: broccoli and or rice.
