Chicken Enchiladas

10 ounces cooked chicken breast1 can Ro Tel Diced Tomatoes1 can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce1 Cup 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese6 Mission multi-grain tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix cooked chicken and the Ro-Tel tomatoes. Add half of the cheese to mixture. Pour some of the sauce into chicken, just enough to make the mixture moist.
Pour some sauce into the bottom of a baking dish (enough to coat the bottom). Spoon mixture into a tortilla, wrap together and place in dish with seam on the bottom.
After all enchiladas are in the dish pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Place in the oven covered for 25 minutes and then uncover for another 5.
Makes 6 enchiladas.
