2 T. *Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts1 T. Promise, Light Margarine in tub1 Scoop *Genisoy Soy Protein Powder

Heat peanut butter and Promise (or other light margarine) in microwave, just until soft. Add protein powder. Roll the dough in the bowl until ingredients are evenly distributed. On a plate or tray (I use a small cutting board), knead the dough until you have a rectangular shape, firming the edges as much as possible. With a butter knife, cut into 4 bars.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
