Chocolate Banana Shake

Ingredients
2 cups almond milk (freshly made preferrable)3 frozen bananas1 date (unless bananas are very ripe)1 Tbsp raw carob or cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
This just takes a tiny bit of thinking ahead -- or maybe you already have some frozen bananas and/or fresh almond milk.
Blend in the order listed, being careful not to overprocess (you want it cold and just a bit frothy). Feel free to skip the chocolate part -- it's great that way too!
Makes 1 quart serving or 2 pint-sized.
