Whole Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Hodgson Mills Yellow Corn meal, 1 cup Eggs 2 large eggs Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 8 oz Splenda, 6 tsp
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl, then add to dry and mix well.

Bake in an oiled 8 cup mini loaf pan for 20 minutes.

8 mini loaves. Can be frozen and reheated in microwave.
