Ingredients
1 can salmon1 egg1/3 c parmesan progesso bread crumbs1 tbs lemon juice1/2 c shredded zucchini
Directions
makes 4 patties

remove bones from salmon
add egg, bread crumbs shredded zucchini, and lemon juice

mix all ingredients well, form into 4 equal patties and fry in non stick pan sprayed with cooking spray. (if you choose to fry with anything else, please be sure to add the numbers to the nutrition list i.e. olive oil)
