White Bean and Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
1 can white beans1 roasted red pepper (medium size)1 clove garlic1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Add beans, roasted pepper, garlic, salt and pepper to a food processor and blend.
2. While blending, drizzle in olive oil.
3. Put in a bowl and serve with bread, pita or vegetables
