Ingredients
400 grams tofu, cut into small cubesFor marinating sauce:1/2 cup tamari soy sauce1Tbspn sesame seeds1Tbspn lemon juice1tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp ginger powder1/4-1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Add the cubed tofu and stir it all in. Place in a sealed container for storage in the fridge. Perfect salad topper!!
