My very own skinny fries

Ingredients
1 medium potato1 egg white, beaten
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 deg F. Wash and cut potatoes into fry size wedges. Dip into the beaten egg white and put in a single layer on a non stick baking tray. (At this point you can season with your choices of seasonings like garlic salt, onion powder, thyme). Bake at 450 deg F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. You can sprinkle with salt once you take the fries out of the oven.
