Savory Scrambled Egg

Ingredients
2 medium slices bacon, cooked 1 medium egg1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped1/4 cup green peppers, cut into strips1 leek1 medium tomato1 cup spinach, fresh
Directions
Chop and combine bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, leek, and spinach.
Spray bottom of skillet with fat free spray, cover and lightly cook all the above together until cooked (about 3 mins).
Once cooked, add in the egg and stir until cooked.
Slice the tomato and grill on one side while cooking the main ingredients.
