Thai Kaffir Lime Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 tsp oil1 small onion, sliced1 sachet Gregg's Thai Kaffir Lime Curry Paste (1 serving/packet)300g chicken fillet/breast, sliced1 cup diced fresh or frozen vegetables1/2 cup Pam's Coconut Cream
Directions
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and Gregg's Thai Kaffir Lime Curry Paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken and vegetables and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in coconut cream and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice. Makes 2 servings.
